#17 Mossy Rocks & Water

Springtime in the Smoky Mountains nourishes my soul. Pick any stream in the Smokies and walk it for a mile or so; you'll be blessed with calm serenity that is hard to find in this fast paced world we now live in.

After shooting this image, I relaxed on a big boulder and watched a pair of chipmunks as they scampered across the rocks. I thought how lucky they were, because nature provides them with food and water, and they don't have those monthly utility bills that have to be paid... enjoy!
