#24 Bluebonnets at Waters Edge

For the sheer number of Bluebonnets, image #68 is probably my best Bluebonnet image from my trip into the Texas Hill Country during the spring of 2002; however, I really like the results of this particular image.

The image was the result of momentary calm between wind gusts in which the Bluebonnets would become motionless, yet the waves on the pond would continue to have some movement which produced the almost watercolor look of the water's surface... enjoy!
