#71 Above the Emerald Pool

I made my first photographic trip to Zion National Park during 2006. I generally prefer to photograph outside the boundaries of our over populated National Parks System; however, after visiting Zion I may have to change my philosophy a tad.

This image was taken above the lower emerald pool, and if one exerts a little physical effort and has a creative eye, fine art photography with a slightly new twist can still be obtained throughout this park.

Zion is absolutely beautiful to say the least . . . enjoy!
